Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at MaddoTech. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our gaming peripherals and accessories.

Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Eligible Items The following items are eligible for return:

• Gaming mice
• Mechanical keyboards
• Monitors
• Microphones
• Accessories and peripherals

Items that are damaged due to misuse, missing original packaging, or showing signs of wear are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at maddogema.official@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions within 1-2 business days.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

International Returns Customers outside the United States are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees associated with the return. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must go through the return process.
