Order Processing All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer Standard and Express shipping options at checkout. Delivery times vary by method and destination. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

International Shipping We ship to over 27 countries worldwide via USPS and DHL Express. International delivery times vary by destination and customs processing. Some orders may qualify for Free Shipping depending on your region.

Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
